Judy

Judy moved to the Tampa area in 2004. She is a licensed realtor and a certified notary. Her background is in sales and management. She started at Wilhelm’s in March of 2008, taking care of proposals, contracts and permits all while managing to field customer calls.

 

Stacey

Stacey was born and raised in Nebraska and moved to Florida in June of 2007. She started working at Wilhelm’s in June of 2009. Stacey is the smiling face when you walk into the office at Wilhelm’s.  She answers customer calls and is also the one to send you the bill, but don’t hold it against her.

 

Katie

Katie was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from East Bay High School in 2006 and is currently pursuing her Associates degree through Hillsborough County Community College. Katie is the file clerk and keeps the office running efficiently – making everyone else’s job a little easier.

 

Elizabeth

Elizabeth was raised in Ruskin, attending Ruskin Elementary, Eisenhower Middle School and graduating from East Bay High School in 2006, 12th in her class. She has her degree in Marketing and Management from the University of South Florida, and graduated cum laude. Her responsibilities include sponsorships & donations, marketing, employee incentive programs, and warranties.

 

Mary Ann

Mary Ann was born and raised in Cooperstown, NY. It was in New York she met Albert Wilhelm, who eventually would become her husband. In 1981 Mary Ann graduated from Pace University and gave birth to the first of three children. She and Albert soon moved to Long Island, Mary Ann worked from the city while Albert worked in his trade, heating and air conditioning. In 1988 their family was complete with the birth of their third child. Thinking long term, Albert and Mary Ann decided to relocate to Florida so Albert could start his own company. It may have been a gamble, but they soon moved to a small town in Florida called Ruskin. From there Albert began to work from a single van and Mary Ann found a job in Tampa. As the business grew Mary Ann quit her job and began to manage and operate the business side of Albert Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning. The business was incorporated in 2003 and Mary Ann received her Contractors license in 2004 after Albert passed away. She has been the sole owner and president since, receiving recognition from Carrier, the Tampa Bay Business Journal, as well as several other organizations. In the office, she truly does it all.
