Wilhelm Wins Carrier’s 2009 President’s Award for Excellence

Local dealer honored at company’s Factory Authorized Dealer Conference

(NYSE: UTX), is proud to announce that Mary Ann Wilhelm of Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., has been awarded the Carrier 2009 President’s Award, one of the company’s highest honors for its dealers. The annual award recognizes dealers who exemplify quality in customer service and are considered one of Carrier’s model Factory Authorized Dealers (FAD).President’s Award elite winners serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide. Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., was chosen from a field of nationwide Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers.Carrier rewards dealers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and are dedicated to the Carrier brand.

Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning, inc. is a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer serving southern Hillsborough and northern Manatee Counties since 1991. This is the second time that Wilhelm has won the Carrier President's Award. The first was in 2007. Wilhelm was also honored this year as a the Florida Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association Outstanding Business of the year.
